Hireful is seeking a Site Operations Manager in the UK to drive an output-focused, safety-first culture across the site. You will lead the operations team, ensuring OTIF delivery, adherence to high health and safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing people for future roles.

The role is a hands-on, Monday to Friday position from 8am to 5pm, with flexibility to support operations as required.

• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification is essential.
