Site Operations Manager

Location: Norfolk - Relocation Scheme available

Are you experienced in management within an Anaerobic Digestion facility?

Do you want the opportunity to lead a team and motivate those working under you?

If successful, you will join a young but stable AD company with sites across the UK. The company is currently seeking a Site Manager who can motivate a team and leverage their skills to improve plant standards. They offer relocation support, including subsidising hotel costs during the initial probation period, to ensure this is the right move before a long-term commitment.

Your role will involve leading operations at the anaerobic digestion plant. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work culture, which has recently faced challenges, and ensuring targets are met while maintaining employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Anaerobic Digestion, management experience, and confidence in motivating a team and upholding work ethic.
