Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Operations Manager for our Life Sciences and Healthcare site in Horsley/Park, NSW. You will lead the operations team, oversee warehouse activities to meet SLAs, and drive performance improvements while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Your role includes developing talent, managing resources and logistics to optimise costs and service levels, and providing training and succession planning for staff. Internal applications close 14/9/2026.

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations at our Life Sciences and Healthcare site in Horsley/ Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of all operational activities, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for our valued customers. A dynamic role, where everyday is different, your duties will include:

• Leading and managing the operations team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate results in line with SLA's.
• Analysis of operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensuring site compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements and driving a culture of compliance and safety.
• Managing resources and logistics to optimise operational costs, improve service levels, and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide training, support, and development opportunities for team members including identification of talent and succession planning.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional outlook.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.
• Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field will be highly regarded.
