Qualifications

• Front shovel loader licence or equivalent.
• Full driving licence.
• Previous experience in a similar operational manual handling role.
• Willing to complete CMS training.
• Health and Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming wastes and operate a front shovel loader to shred waste.
• Maintain compost piles and finishing line.
• Carry out day-to-day site operations and leachate management.
• Oversee plant maintenance and deputise for the senior operator.
• Operate weighbridge and perform windrow turning.
• Site litter picking and general site hygiene.
