Job summary

Brecon High School is seeking a Site Supervisor (Grade 7) to lead the management, maintenance and development of our school site on a £22m campus in Brecon. You will ensure a safe, secure environment for students and staff and oversee health and safety, contractor management and daily operations.

This 37-hour-per-week, permanent role requires hands-on facilities leadership with a focus on high standards, safeguarding and continuous site improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within an educational environment.
• Proactive leadership to manage maintenance, safety and site development.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead health and safety compliance and contractor management.
