Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, champion performance metrics, and partner with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

You'll manage budgets, resource planning, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration to optimise customer experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within site operations, facilities, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of operations management, process optimisation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading teams, managing change, and delivering measurable results.
• Budget, resource, and performance metrics management; licensing and compliance knowledge.
• Experience in sports, leisure, retail, or customer-focused environments is advantageous.
• Agile and adaptable approach to changing operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations with focus on productivity, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Develop, mentor, and motivate site teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Drive efficiency through planning, process improvement, and performance management.
