Qualifications

• Some team/building management experience, in any sector.
• Strong people skills, communication and drive to succeed.
• Willingness to work across varied shifts and hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and financial processes; coordinate with Credit Control.
• Analyse market trends and maintain university partner relationships.
• Drive NPS and Google reviews; convert opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, coach the team to deliver great customer service.
• Lead regular performance reviews and coaching.
• Own health & safety responsibilities; coordinate audits and risk assessments.
• Resolve customer feedback and act as site escalation point.
• Improve site operations and challenge the status quo.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure No Compromise approach.
• Own the site balanced scorecard and KPI tracking.
