Job summary

You will uphold QEHS standards, drive delivery on time, quality and cost objectives, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safe, efficient site operations. Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained with C&G / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience, or degree qualified with at least 2 years’ supervisory experience in: Electricity Supply Industry construction, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, General Construction.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical installation preferred.
• Knowledge of working within substation environments and compliance with industry regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supervisors, teams, and site activities on behalf of the Senior Site Manager / Project Manager.
• Report to the Installation Manager or as required by project deployment.
• Adhere to QEHS procedures during site induction and promote safety.
• Lead assigned teams across multiple work fronts, ensuring delivery in line with time, quality, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate with other teams and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and effective site operations.
• Work within defined project timelines and proactively identify and communicate potential delays.
