Job summary

Taylor Wimpey is recruiting a Site Manager to efficiently oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects align with build programmes and safety standards. You will support the Site Manager in planning activities and maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include coordinating labour, overseeing site safety procedures, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and inspections.

Qualifications

• Trade background and hands-on understanding of construction processes.
• First aid qualification and health & safety awareness.
• CSCS card at Manager/Supervisor level and knowledge of NHBC/building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour and sub-contractors to meet the build programme.
• Plan site activities with the Site Manager ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Assist in site inspections, quality checks and handover readiness to customers.
