Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Site Operative to manage day-to-day housekeeping on site and support the site team across multiple developments in the region. You will help maintain welfare facilities, assist trades, and ensure a safe, organized working environment.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and with other trades.
• Willingness to travel to various sites across the region.
• Hold a Full Clean Driving Licence.
• Awareness of safety issues and practices.

Responsibilities

• Daily Duties: Cleaning and maintaining site welfare.
• Materials are stored and secured correctly.
• Supervise the unloading of deliveries.
• Maintain safe access and egress to welfare facilities.
• Develop pedestrian walkways across the development.
• Ensure signage is up to date.
• Keep plots clean and safe for NHBC Inspections.
• Protect 2nd fix items.
• Open/close site and plots at start and end of day.
