Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Site Manager to efficiently oversee field operations, manage subcontractors day-to-day, and ensure materials align with the construction programme. You will support the Site Manager in planning site activities and uphold quality to meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include organising labour, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining health and safety compliance under NHBC and Building Regulations, and delivering snag-free homes on legal completion.

Qualifications

• NVQ Residential Construction Site Supervision L4.
• Detailed knowledge of building process, including NHBC and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Organisation and control of labour and sub-contractors.
• Weekly planning to meet the overall build programme.
• Coordinate with Site Manager to ensure material availability.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Plan and arrange site inspections with NHBC and Local Authority.
• Assist in customer-facing quality checks and ensure defect-free handover.
