• Strong health and safety knowledge and contractor management.

• Experience managing service providers and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and tenants to deliver best-in-class service.
• Attend client meetings and represent the site.
• Monitor service agreements in line with client budgets.
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate on-site subcontractors and service partners.
• Produce management reports for internal and client use.
• Ensure QA/QHSE compliance and safety drills.
