Job summary

RES is the world’s leading independent renewable energy company focused on affordable, zero-carbon energy. We are looking for an Entry Level Site Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintenance on wind, solar and storage assets within Scotland, with home working and travel to sites as required.

You will report to the Site Operations Team Leader, coordinating with Asset Management for safety, quality and environmental standards, and supporting contractual obligations across

Qualifications

• Basic health and safety knowledge applied in the workplace.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow directions.
• IT literacy with Microsoft Office; SCADA/controls knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all site tasks follow RES Site Rules, Business Management System and Wind Turbine Safety Rules.
• Provide first line response to site defects and emergencies to meet contractual obligations.
• Perform asset inspections and contractor compliance checks to ensure safe systems of work.
• Inform Site Operations Team Leader promptly of issues and risks to avoid impacts.
