Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking an on-site MEP Engineer to contribute across water infrastructure projects. You will help shape mechanical, electrical and process aspects, support commissioning, testing and handover, and work closely with design, construction and client teams on site.

The role offers hands-on delivery, opportunities to develop specialist skills in commissioning strategy, and a pathway to professional chartership within a supportive, career-focused environment.

Qualifications

• ONC/HO NC or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
• Experience in water sector projects is desirable.
• Strong organisation and fault-finding skills on control systems.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning strategy for MEP systems on water projects.
• Oversee testing, documentation and handover activities.
• Coordinate with design, construction and client teams on site.
• Ensure installations meet standards and safety requirements.
