Job summary

RTL Group is seeking a Site Manager to deliver a water treatment scheme in Taunton. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, supervising subcontractors and site teams, and ensuring works meet programme and specification.

You will have proven tunnelling and shaft experience, strong civil engineering knowledge, and be adept at RAMS, permits and site documentation. A full UK driving licence and IT literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tunnelling and shaft construction projects.
• Strong civil engineering background; water treatment exposure preferred.
• RAMS, permits and site documentation management.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams to deliver on time and to specification.
• Lead toolbox talks and liaise with client and stakeholders.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
