Kier Group in Lincoln is seeking a Site Manager to lead the safe, efficient delivery of site work across our water recycling projects. You will focus on SHEQ, time and cost management, and work closely with the team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires excellent planning, strong Health & Safety knowledge (CDM), and the ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors on site.

Formación

• Experience in the water recycling sector.
• Commercial and contractual awareness.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
• Full driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the safe and efficient delivery of site work with focus on SHEQ, time and cost management.
• Manage Health & Safety on site, including inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments and method statements.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and manage site-based supervisors and delivery teams.
• Collaborate to manage direct labour and supply chain, ensuring construction activities meet scheme deliverables.
• Procure plant, materials and subcontractors to deliver projects within budget and programme.
