Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee wastewater infrastructure projects within the Yorkshire Water AMP8 framework. You will manage day-to-day civil engineering operations, coordinate direct labour, plant, and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with drawings, programmes, and budgets.

You will champion health, safety, environmental compliance and drive a right-first-time approach, maintaining quality records and liaising with stakeholders including

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager on civil/utility projects.
• Strong track record delivering wastewater or water works.
• Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and programmes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across wastewater projects.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure works meet specifications, drawings and programme.
• Plan activities to hit milestones and KPIs.
• Lead safety briefings, RAMS, site audits and inspections.
• Maintain quality records and handover documentation.
