Right Contract Services requires a Site Manager/Supervisor for a hotel refurbishment project in Paddington, West London. The role runs on a standard 8am-5pm schedule and pays 250 per day (31.25 per hour). Applicants must have SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and a CSCS card, plus 2 references and on-site experience.

Laptop and phone are mandatory for on-site coordination. The project location is Paddington, within easy reach of the station, with 35 trades on site and a team of 3 site managers sharing

Formación

• Must have SMSTS/SSSTS certification, First Aid, and CSCS card.

Site Manager / Supervisor needed to start on a project in Paddington ,West London

Until February or March 2027

8am-5pm - 8 hours paid

250 a day 31.25 per hour

Paddington - 7 min walk from station

Hotel refurb

MUST have own laptop and phone.

Hotel refurb must have fit out exp, pref. hotel but not essential. There is 35 trades on site, 3 site managers splitting the 35 trades.

Duties :

Tracking progress, reporting issues, checking quality and safety. If one manager has roofing and external works great but not essential.

Site Manager MUST have the following:

• A valid SMSTS / SSSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS card
• 2 references & experience
