Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a hotel refurbishment in Kings Langley, starting this Wednesday. You will oversee day-to-day site operations and uphold HSE standards on a live project.

The role runs through the week with weekend hours as shown, paying £290 per day via Umbrella PAYE. Hotel project experience is preferred, and accommodation is provided for travelling candidates.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification requirement.
• First Aid at Work certification required.
• Previous site management experience on hotel/refurbishment projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management.
• Overseeing Health & Safety compliance.
• Conducting and managing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
• Ensuring the site is inspection-ready at all times.
• Maintaining site records and documentation.
• Managing subcontractors and site activities.

Site Manager (Hotel Refurbishment) | Kings Langley | Immediate Start | £290 Per Day

Available this Wednesday? Step into a live hotel project and take the reins while the current Site Manager is on leave.

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a hotel refurbishment project in Kings Langley from this Wednesday until the 20th of next week, including weekend working.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on Site Manager who is confident managing site operations, maintaining high Health & Safety standards, and dealing with inspections when required.

Rate: £290 per day (Umbrella PAYE)

Hotel experience highly desirable

Accommodation provided for candidates travelling from further afield

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities
