Job summary

ONNEC, a leading independent technology partner, seeks a Site Manager to lead cabling projects in commercial buildings across the UK and Europe. You will oversee supervisors and engineers to ensure installations meet specifications, on time and to high quality standards.

You will drive health and safety compliance, manage stock, coordinate with clients, and produce progress reports. The role demands strong leadership under pressure and excellent communication, with a focus on project

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cabling infrastructure, especially data centers.
• Strong leadership and ability to organise crews on projects.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of supervisors and engineers to ensure installations meet specs, on time and to quality standards.
• Ensure health & safety requirements are met, carry out risk assessments and method statements.
• Manage stock costs and ensure materials are available for efficient installation.
• Attend client meetings and document required actions.
• Draw up patching schedules and ensure documentation meets standards.
• Support in urgent installation works and maximise project profitability.
