Job summary

You will lead a hands-on team with skills in copper and fibre installations, coordinating engineering teams and maintaining strong client relationships throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in the structured cabling industry.
• Experience managing multiple sites and engineers simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams of up to six engineers across multiple sites.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate scheduling.
• Organise materials and site logistics to keep projects running smoothly.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to standard.
• Act as liaison between client and delivery teams, providing regular updates and driving projects to completion.
