William Hynes Energistics is seeking a capable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on solar farm construction sites across Scotland, ensuring projects run safely, on time and within budget.

You will lead on-site teams, enforce health and safety standards, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor progress against the construction programme to deliver critical renewable energy infrastructure.

• Site management experience in construction.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.
