Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions in Glasgow is seeking a Site Manager to deliver Smart Homes and renewable energy projects. The role involves travel across England, Scotland and Wales, with leadership of site operations, subcontractors and installation teams to ensure safety and quality.

You will coordinate with management, plan materials, and monitor progress while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with PAS 2030/2035 and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to lead teams.
• Experience in renewable energy construction and installations.
• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications, full driving licence.
• Willing to travel across England, Scotland and Wales when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations, subcontractors and installation teams with leadership and quality oversight.
• Coordinate with senior management and procurement for planning and delivery.
• Ensure safety, RAMS, regulatory compliance and site programme tracking.
• Resolve customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
