Connolly Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead refurbishment projects in occupied social housing environments. You will oversee daily delivery, ensure safety, and coordinate labour, subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment or construction.
• Experience delivering projects in occupied environments is desirable.
• Understanding of Social Housing and resident-focused delivery.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing refurbishment projects from inception through to completion
• Coordinating direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Monitoring programme performance and project progress
• Managing quality inspections and compliance documentation
• Working alongside Commercial teams to manage costs and budgets
• Maintaining site records, inductions and health & safety standards
• Ensuring operatives have the materials, equipment and support they need
• Building positive relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders
