Connolly Ltd is seeking a Site Manager with a strong Social Housing background to lead external refurbishment works across our North Wales projects. You will manage site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery, coordinating with teams and subcontractors.
The role requires an established track record in social housing schemes, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work, with a focus on achieving profitability and compliance throughout the build lifecycle.

We have several exciting opportunities to join our team. The scope of works we are currently undertaking are Window and Door replacements, EWI works, external works, social housing decarbonisation schemes (all external works) Previous experience in this type of work is desirable.
