Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to lead kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects across social housing. You will oversee works in occupied and void properties, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery in line with client specifications.

Take charge of coordinating site teams and subcontractors, maintaining programme progress, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations. A proactive communicator, you will liaise with residents, clients and internal teams to drive

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment.
Strong knowledge of building trades, materials and installation processes.
Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety legislation on live sites.
Competent IT skills and experience with reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee kitchen and bathroom installation projects within occupied and void social housing.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and trades to meet programmes, budgets and specs.
Uphold Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance on site.
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings to monitor performance.
Manage resources including labour, materials and plant to hit targets.
Produce RAMS, daily diaries and progress reports.
Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme continuity.
