Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a fast-tracked social housing refurbishment programme across Northampton and Kettering. You will oversee operations, subcontractors, RAMS and H&S compliance while driving progress to meet March 2027 targets in occupied homes.

You’ll coordinate with the Resident Liaison Officer, manage access schedules, and ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering kitchens and bathrooms on time with strict

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering internal social housing refurbishments (kitchens & bathrooms).
• Experience working in inhabited properties with resident access considerations.
• SMSTS/First Aid/CSCS certifications held and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage trades to maintain workflow.
• Drive progress against programme, monitor quality and sign-off completed works.
• Coordinate with RLO to manage access and minimise disruption in occupied homes.
• Maintain H&S standards, RAMS compliance, and run toolbox talks.
• Track materials, report progress to Project Manager, and prepare handover docs.
