Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a social housing retrofit programme across Warwickshire, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon. You will manage multiple occupied properties with about five openings and five completions per week, coordinating teams and ensuring safety and quality across roofing, solar PV, air source heat pumps, insulation and windows.

The contract runs for 6 months initially with potential for long-term/permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Management experience.
• Must have social housing/planned works/decabonisation or retrofit background.
• SMSTS validated.
• CSCS Gold or Black Card - essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable managing multiple sites and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage retrofit works across occupied properties (approx. 5 opened and 5 completed weekly).
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across Warwickshire, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and timely delivery of works such as roofing, solar PV, heat pumps, insulation, asbestos removal and windows/doors.

Payrate: £32.00per hour / £250.00per day (Umbrella or CIS)

Build Recruitment are working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a retrofit programme across Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon.

The role will involve managing multiple occupied properties, with around 5 properties opened and 5 completed each week.
