Qualifications

Site Manager Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishment

Kingston upon Thames + Surrounding Areas | Full-Time | Permanent

£45,000 £50,000 DOE

Make your next move with PiLON a people-first, award-winning construction company.

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects within the social housing sector. If youre someone who combines technical expertise with genuine care for people, youll thrive in our supportive and inclusive environment.

What Youll Be Doing

• Oversee and coordinate daily site activities
• Supervise trades teams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery
• Liaise with clients and report progress to stakeholders
• Uphold site safety protocols and carry out regular inspections
• Maintain quality control and resolve day-to-day issues on-site
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• At least 2 years experience managing similar refurbishments in social housing
• A natural team leader whos confident managing multiple trades
• Strong communication, problem-solving and Microsoft Office skills
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• Qualifications: SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, CSCS Card, Fire Marshal Cert
