The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of fire protection installation projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is a temp-to-perm role with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations, including coordinating fire and electrical teams

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of work

• Conduct site inspections and ensure documentation is completed accurately

• Report progress to senior management and address issues proactively

• Support team members and foster a positive, productive site culture

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in construction, electrical, or fire protection industries

• Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance standards

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Valid driver s license (and willingness to travel between sites if required)
