Are you a proven No. 1 Site Manager or an experienced Senior Site Manager looking to take total site operational ownership on high-quality regional schemes in Berkshire and the Thames Valley?
We are working alongside one of the region's most respected regional main contractors. This business has built a stellar reputation across Newbury, Berkshire, and the surrounding counties by delivering exceptional £1M to £10M Design & Build, high-spec education, public sector, and sensitive heritage refurbishments.
Unlike high-volume corporate contractors, this firm prides itself on local site delivery, strong regional sub-contractor relationships, and giving their Site Managers the full autonomy needed to run a tight, high-quality, and safe job.
As the No. 1 Site Manager on site, you will take lead responsibility for the day-to-day operational delivery of live schemes from groundworks through to handover, reporting directly into a visiting Contracts Manager.
To be successful in this role, you must be local to Newbury, Berkshire, or the immediate surrounding areas (North Hampshire / Wiltshire / M4 belt) to ensure reasonable daily site travel.
