Job summary

Responsibilities

• Managing the site and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality
• Implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures, including weekly audits and maintaining all required documentation
• Controlling and monitoring the use of all resources including sub-contractors to maximise efficiency
• Maintaining comprehensive site records including reports, diaries, progress photographs and health and safety records
• Building effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
