Job summary

Kier Group in Rainham is seeking a Site Manager to join our Construction team on a site-based role. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards while maximising customer satisfaction and profitability.

You'll lead operational staff, coordinate with customers, contractors and suppliers, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies as projects in education, health and defence sectors progress.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and SMSTS certification required.
• Experience leading operational construction projects.
• Professional qualification or working towards membership of a Professional Body.
• Proven site management experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; customer satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Implement health, safety and environmental policies across the site.
• Lead, manage and motivate operational staff to deliver project success.
• Manage communications with customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction through to completion.
• Implement project plans and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
