Qualifications

• CSCS Managers card is required.
• Valid driving licence is required.
• SMSTS certification is required.
• First Aid at Work certification is required.
• Temporary Works certificate is required.
• Fire Marshal certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site activities related to roofing and externals.
• Conduct comprehensive site inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks.
• Monitor project progress against the programme and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure works are delivered to high quality, meet contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and operatives for smooth site operations.
• Ensure personnel are trained and equipped with PPE and tools.
• Collaborate with commercial team on cost tracking and day works approvals.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards and support community engagement initiatives.

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead planned works within the social housing sector, specifically focused on roofing and externals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, quality standards, and timely project delivery.
