Build Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Temporary Site Manager for an ongoing contract in Coalville. The role oversees retrofit, solar panel installation and decarbonisation projects within occupied and void residential properties.

You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage contractors, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate retrofit works with clients and stakeholders. Immediate start is required; energy efficiency skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing solar panel installation projects.
• Strong background in retrofit and decarbonisation schemes.
• Valid CSCS Gold or Black Card.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to start immediately.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, trades and labour on site.
• Ensure all health & safety regulations and site compliance requirements are adhered to.
• Coordinate retrofit, solar PV and decarbonisation works.
• Liaise with clients, residents and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks and progress reporting.
