Correct Contract Services Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee retrofit and energy efficiency projects across the UK. You will manage on-site operatives, CDM compliance, and client liaison to ensure smooth project delivery in occupied and vacated properties.

You will lead reporting, scheduling, and quality assurance, coordinating with contracts managers, resident liaison teams, and external auditors.

Qualifications

• SMSTS required or working towards SMSTS.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical or fabric installations.
• Experience in social housing retrofit projects and contracts.
• CDM and H&S regulatory reporting experience.
• Energy efficiency retrofit knowledge preferred.
• Electrical or building fabric insulation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage retrofit social housing programs and energy projects end-to-end.
• Create and revise systems and procedures to save costs.
• Report progress to contracts manager and residents.
• Coordinate on-site staff, audits, and H&S on site.
• Ensure quality via on-site audits and compliance with procedures.
• Lead liaison with scheduling and office teams.
• Conduct post-inspections and QC checks.
