Guildmore is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the Midlands & North team, based in Leicester. You will oversee delivery from start to finish, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and on-time completion, within budget.

You will lead the site team, drive progress against programme, manage design information, resolve technical queries, and uphold Guildmore’s quality and safety standards on residential and high-rise projects.

Formación

• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications are essential.
• Ideally 10+ years site experience.
• Strong residential and high-rise construction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with company and project H&S procedures and maintain high safety standards.
• Carry out site inspections, inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors; manage expectations.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and provide regular progress reports.
• Lead, motivate and develop the site team.
• Manage delivery against programme, cost and quality targets; coordinate subcontractors.
• Coordinate design information; review drawings for buildability and compliance.
• Drive quality standards; ensure QA records and inspections are completed.
• Work with Project/Ops Manager and QS to manage costs and risks.
• Drive subcontractor performance to meet programme and quality.
• Ensure preparatory activities ahead of each trade.
