Job summary

Guildmore Group in Leeds is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead Midlands & North projects from start to finish. You will drive delivery, coordinate the project team, clients, consultants and subcontractors, and ensure safety, programme and budget compliance on site.

SMSTS and First Aid are essential; ideally 10+ years in residential and high-rise construction. You will chair progress meetings, manage design information, quality control, and risk with a focus on value engineering and

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures on site.
• Maintain high safety and environmental standards across site.
• Carry out site inspections, inductions, toolbox talks and briefings.
• Chair site coordination and subcontractor progress meetings; monitor progress and address delays or issues.
