Job summary

Brandon James in Lindfield, West Sussex, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a residential development, ensuring works are safe, on time and built to exacting standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site programmes, monitor progress, and carry out quality inspections, working with commercial, technical and customer care teams to handover high-quality homes.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive project success; SMSTS, CSCS and a formal site

Qualifications

• SMSTS or equivalent health and safety certification.
• CSCS Management Card.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent communication, organisation and subcontractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage health and safety on site and drive programme performance.
• Coordinate labour and subcontractors to meet drawings, specs and regulations.
• Monitor progress and quality inspections prior to handover.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical and customer care teams throughout development.
