Conrad Consulting Ltd is working with a leading refurbishment contractor in Glasgow to appoint two Site Managers for refurbishment and fit-out projects. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure delivery to programme, budget and quality standards.

The role emphasizes proactivity, health and safety, and clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Excellent route for progression within a growing contractor in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment or fit-out.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• SMSTS qualification and CSCS card.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of construction sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, quality, and budget requirements.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across site.
• Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction programmes.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries.
• Carry out quality inspections and address defects.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Lead site meetings and maintain accurate site records.
• Support successful completion and handover of projects.
