Synergy Personnel Limited is assisting in the recruitment of a Site Manager for reinforced concrete frame, basement and groundworks projects near Bournemouth. You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors and ensure high standards of safety and quality.

The role requires proven site management experience in RC frame and groundworks, with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications. A proactive leader with strong communication skills will thrive in this growing business.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Management experience within reinforced concrete frame / groundworks.
• Strong knowledge of basement and concrete frame construction.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
• Excellent understanding of Health & Safety and quality requirements.

Responsabilités

• Managing site operations from mobilisation through to completion.
• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors, labour and site teams.
• Managing reinforced concrete frame, basement and groundworks activities.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Monitoring progress and working closely with the Project Manager and wider management team.
• Coordinating materials, plant, labour and subcontractors.
• Maintaining site records, inspections and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the workforce.
• Identifying potential issues early and working proactively to find effective solutions.
