Job description

Site Manager / Project Manager with experience in planned maintenance and decent homes schemes.

Location: Nottingham, East Mids area

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in planned maintenance or decent homes schemes, including kitchen and bathroom refurbs, EWI schemes, and social housing projects.

We are expanding and seeking a Site Manager / Project Manager to join our team, focusing on the development of a new sector within our organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering 4 x 5 projects in planned maintenance and decent homes schemes across East Midlands cities.
• Managing multiple projects ranging from £1 million to £5 million.
• Leading a team of Site Managers.
• Liaising with Contracts Managers and working with Quantity Surveyors/Estimators.
• Participating in recruitment and contributing to the development of a new department within an established division.
• Traveling to sites as needed, with a focus on delivering approximately £30 million annually with a growing team.
• Reviewing design and detailed specifications.
• Implementing and monitoring health & safety systems.
• Managing client relationships and project resources.
• Ensuring high-quality finishes and overseeing material procurement and scheduling.
• Managing subcontractors and internal/external information distribution.

This role is suitable for a Project Manager experienced in planned maintenance and decent homes schemes. The position involves office-based work with site visits and reports directly to senior management.
