Job summary

Northern Education Trust's Frederick Nattrass Academy in Norton, Stockton-on-Tees seeks a Site Manager (Primary) to ensure a safe, well-maintained site for pupils and staff. The role covers security, routine maintenance, health and safety compliance, and general site duties.

Hours are 7:00am–11:00am and 2:30pm–6:00pm from Mon to Thu, and 7:00am–10:30am and 2:30pm–6:00pm on Friday, with the academy located at Darlington Lane, Norton, TS20 1BZ.

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team at Frederick Nattrass Academy. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the academy remains a well‑maintained, safe, and secure site for all students, staff, and visitors.

You will oversee day‑to‑day security, routine maintenance, health and safety compliance, and general site cleanliness. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, possesses practical DIY skills, and takes pride in a job well done.

Working hours are

7:00am – 11.00am / 2:30pm - 6:00pm – Mon to Thursday,

7:00am – 10:30am / 2:30pm - 6:00pm – Friday
