Job summary

Crest Nicholson Midlands Division is recruiting a Site Manager for the Meon Vale development in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role reports to the Build Manager and focuses on planning, subcontractor onboarding and efficiency on site.

You will gain a detailed understanding of the technical site and design requirements, manage materials, and ensure quality and safety on every phase of construction.

Qualifications

• Strong site management experience on main housebuilder schemes.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and budgets on site.
• Commercial awareness for costing and sustainability.
• Capable of building strong working relationships across teams and partners.
• Leadership skills to manage and develop staff and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead speedy, accurate and cost-effective planning of development sites.
• Gain detailed understanding of site and design requirements.
• Identify and onboard suitable sub-contractors.
• Ensure materials are resourced and stored safely on site.
• Conduct quality checks and manage budgets while upholding H&S standards.
