Crest Nicholson Midlands Division are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join their team at Yarndale Gardens in Brackley, Northamptonshire. You will lead on-site planning, manage subcontractors and ensure safe, high-quality delivery from early site set-up to completion.

Reporting to the Build Manager, you will control budgets, resources and design coordination across multi-phase, mixed-use schemes, while upholding health and safety standards and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Site Management experience with a main Housebuilder.
• Proven experience multi-phase, mixed-use projects
• Excellent time management and able to manage multiple subcontractors on site
• Commercially and financially aware of costing and sustainability
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to build strong working relationships
• Strong team and people management skills
• Motivated and able to engage with all levels of staff; colleagues and third parties
• Excellent communication skills
• Health and Safety focused with the ability to naturally promote a safe working environment

Responsibilities

• Plan developments sites quickly, accurately and cost-effectively.
• Identify, onboard and manage multiple subcontractors on site.
• Ensure materials are resourced and stored safely and correctly.
• Conduct quality checks across the scheme, from setting out drawings to completed dwellings.
• Manage budgets while maintaining health and safety and escalate issues to the Build Manager.
