Job summary

Crest Nicholson Midlands Division is seeking a Senior Site Manager for Yarndale Gardens in Brackley, Northamptonshire. You will lead site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure high-quality, safe construction from plan to completion.

You will report to the Build Manager, manage budgets, and uphold strict quality standards while driving timely delivery and a positive safety culture across the project team.

Qualifications

• Strong site management experience with a main housebuilder.
• Experience on multi-phase, mixed-use projects.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple subcontractors on site.
• Commercially aware of costing and sustainability.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Health and Safety focused with commitment to safe site practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan developments sites to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Onboard suitable subcontractors and manage materials on site.
• Ensure drawings and dwellings are transferred from concept to construction.
• Manage budgets while maintaining quality and safety.
• Raise issues to Build Manager promptly.
