Howells Solutions Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead planned maintenance refurbishment across tenanted properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows and doors. You will manage a site team of Assistant Site Managers and Resident Liaison Officers, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering refurbishment programmes in tenanted properties.
• Experience managing site teams and ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Client-facing role requiring strong organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Control overall direction and financial performance of the contract.
• Collaborate with client representatives to deliver high-quality service.
• Manage costs and subcontractors to meet programme targets.
• Implement short, mid and long-term work programmes.
• Carry out on-site inspections and prepare reports with solutions.
• Ensure timely handover of properties and KPI adherence.
• Liaise with client, contract administrators and designers.
• Maintain health and safety on site and oversee staff on site administration.
• Schedule and procure materials; chair subcontractor progress meetings.
• Coordinate with Design Teams, Client Representatives and Consultants.
• Plan works using MS Project.
