Job Title: Site Manager (Passive Fire)

Location: London (will involve travel and possible staying away)

Established in 1989, our client is the UK's leading passive fire protection specialist, supplying a comprehensive range of third-party accredited survey, installation, and compliance services to public and private sector organisations across the country. As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage contractors undertaking works, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently within stipulated timescales. Responsibilities include management of sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre- and post-works, conducting progress meetings, and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the programme. You will ensure all works comply with CDM regulations concerning FRA works, and all Health & Safety and Environmental regulations are adhered to at all times.

4. Asbestos Awareness
5. Ability to obtain DBS and IOSH relevant fire qualification (BM Trada, FIRAS, NVQ Passive Fire)
