Job Title: Site Manager - Passive Fire Protection

Location: South London

As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage contractors undertaking works, ensuring the completion is safe and efficient within specified timescales. Your responsibilities include managing sub-contractors, inspecting properties before and after works, conducting progress meetings, and overseeing the daily delivery of the programme. Additionally, you will ensure all works comply with CDM regulations concerning FRA works and adhere to Health & Safety and Environmental regulations at all times.
