Industrial/logistics experience would be a strong advantage, particularly experience with steel-frame buildings, cladding, concrete slabs, internal fit-out, M&E and external works.
You'll ideally hold:
Most importantly, you'll need to be proactive.
We're looking for a Site Manager who wants to be out on the project, understands what's happening across their packages and isn't afraid to challenge subcontractors when programme, quality or safety standards aren't where they need to be.
This is an opportunity to join an established construction business with a substantial track record and continued workload across the industrial and logistics sector.
The immediate requirement is for the live Doncaster project, but the intention is very much to recruit someone who can become part of the wider operational team and progress onto future projects.
All applications will be handled in complete confidence
